Super Bark Stop Review
The Viatek Super Bark Stop is an ultrasonic indoor/outdoor device.
It is used to control (and sometimes eliminate) nuisance barking without electric shock or other inhumane methods.
When the dog barks, the device emits an ultra high frequency sound that is irritating to the dog, and in most cases, the barking will cease at least temporarily.
This device is more humane than shock collars and can be helpful in behavior modification training. If you can get the model close enough you can quiet the neighbor’s noisy dogs, without having to call them up in the middle of the night! (about 15 feet is maximum effectiveness)
It can also be useful in controlling your own beloved pooch while you are away from your home or apartment, when excessive barking may draw the ire of your neighbors.
Success Rate of Ultrasonic Devices
It does not work for all dogs and all situations; for example, you may not be able to get it close enough to the neighbor dogs, or your dog may be hard of hearing — however, the manufacturer does offer a satisfaction guarantee.
